The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page five, section four, line thirty, after the word “commission” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the following proviso: “Provided however, That no member may participate or have a current ownership interest in any thoroughbred horse or greyhound that will participate in a race or competition in this state.”
